Commercial Rights & Content Usage

This page explains what you're allowed to do with content generated in MindFrame and how usage differs between plans.

License Summary

Paid subscribers receive a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use generated content for commercial purposes.

Plain-language summary

MindFrame lets you create AI-generated images, narrated slideshows, and videos. On paid plans, you can generally use this content commercially (for your business or clients), as long as you comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform policies (e.g., Meta, YouTube, TikTok).

Plan-based usage

Free plan

You may use generated content for personal projects, social posts, and internal presentations. Commercial use (paid ads, client work, reselling content packs) is not permitted.

Paid plans (Creator, Pro, Business, Agency)

You may use generated content for commercial purposes, including:

  • Marketing campaigns and advertisements
  • Social media ads and organic posts
  • Landing pages and websites
  • Internal and external presentations
  • Client projects and deliverables
  • Product packaging and branding

Attribution

We do not require attribution to MindFrame, but some platforms may require disclosure of AI-generated content. You're responsible for meeting those requirements.

Things you may not do

  • Use generated content to violate any law or regulation.
  • Create or use content that infringes third-party rights (e.g., real-world logos, trademarks, copyrighted characters, or the likeness of private individuals) in ways that require permission.
  • Represent generated content as created by a specific real person without their consent.
  • Resell MindFrame outputs as a standalone stock asset library or template library without adding meaningful value or transformation.
  • Use content in ways that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your prompts and use of generated content follow our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Obtaining any additional permissions needed for real brands, people, or locations referenced in your projects.
  • Complying with advertising and disclosure rules in the regions where you run campaigns.
  • Verifying that generated content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
